Generosity of giving
People are giving so much of their time, talents, gifts and graces, tangible or otherwise, which are inspirational, generous, loving and caring. I am indebted to so many and the list of helpers and sponsors keeps growing.
For example:-
My workplace has given me the necessary time off fully paid, as well as providing a variety of resources.
The charity, Vitalise have been tremendous in their support and encouragement especially Caroline and the team at the Skylarks Centre near Nottingham.
The Matt Hampson Trust Fund through Leicester Tigers Rugby Union Football Club with their 'buddy walkers'.
Anne Stephens of The Foot Health Practice in Grantham and Stamford has provided foot health care to ensure my feet are in good condition without which I would not be able to walk one mile never mind 1000 miles! She has generously provided a pack of foot care products to ensure healthy feet throughout the journey.
The all important money from people such as you.
All the preparation and participation is voluntary and unpaid with so many people giving up their time to help me out.
All this generosity of giving is essential and vital to enable me with the humbling privilege and challenge to help those with disabilities.

- Make a contribution from your wallet, purse or bank account. Cheque's are payable to Vitalise and forward to me as per the address on the contact me page
- Or, pay me cash person to person
- Donate to Vitalise by using your debit or credit card through www.justgiving.com where I have a web page on their site.
At the end of the walk 20% all all monies raised will go to the Matt Hampson Trust Fund.
Make a pledge! Give me a call, write a letter or send me an e-mail (as per details on the contact me page) so that I can enter your pledge on my sponsor form.
Donate goods in kind. Give me call, write a letter or e-mail me as per the details on my contact me page outlining what you can offer.
