PayPlan has been named as Debt Advice Provider of the Year for the second year in a row at this year’s Credit Strategy Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards.
The team was delighted to retain the title in front of other industry-leading public and private financial services organisations at the prestigious ceremony on 16 October.
CEO of PayPlan, Rachel Duffey, said: “Winning Debt Advice Provider of the Year is such a testament to the hard work and passion of the team at PayPlan.
“Our sector-leading digital advances have increased our customer engagement by 30% this year alone, and we will continue to work with our key partners to develop this area.”
Digital debt advice was a prominent theme throughout the award entry as 65% of PayPlan’s customers now demand a digital journey. PayPlan was also shortlisted in the Charitable Initiatives category for its focus on developing a dedicated vulnerable client team and supporting training materials.
Rachel continued: “Another key focus of our work has been training our teams and looking at the support we offer to victims of domestic abuse. Plus, since our awareness training, the number of client and colleague disclosures has dramatically increased.”
