Paylink Solutions and NatWest have together been shortlisted to win Best Customer Experience at next year’s FS Tech Awards.
The Best Customer Experience category looks for entrants that are experimenting with new ways of getting consumers to sign up for their product or service, using different communication channels, gamifying the in-app experience, or perfecting personalisation to keep users happy.
A new online process delivered by Paylink Solutions software has transformed the way customers in financial difficulty of a high street bank are provided with the support needed to get their finances back in order.
This technology has not only improved the NatWest customer experience but is also ensuring more people receive the appropriate help – and free debt advice if required. It has been used by more than 7,500 people since the new tool was launched by NatWest in June 2019.
