At totemic we are very proud of our achievements as a company and individuals. Here are just some of the awards we have received or been nominated for.

It is official - totemic is the 19th Best Company to work for!
We are delighted and proud in being awarded the 19th Best Company to Work For and the Best Company regionally. This is the sixth consecutive year totemic has been recognised in the prestigious Best Companies and Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For survey.
This tremendous achievement adds to our earlier award from Best Companies of being a three star ‘extra-ordinary’ company, and is a worthy recognition of our employees continued efforts and support to drive our business forward to future success. Out of the 1,165 organisations who applied for the awards, only 84 received the ultimate three star status.

Payplan Ltd have been holder of Legal Services Commission Quality Mark since 2002
This recognition by the Legal Services Commission of our expertise and service covers the initial advice stages at Payplan Ltd. In 2010 we were officially audited by the CLS. Highlights of the auditor's comments were:
- “Good morale and teamwork, came across in all interviews”
- “Case management system is excellent – helps manage risk, and makes it easy to audit”.
- “You are exemplars of good practise”.
In October, 2008
Totemic was honoured with a national award for its commitment to employing people with disabilities and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Totemic Limited received the Unum ‘Routes to Employment’ Award at a prestigious ceremony at the House of Lords in London attended by leading figures from across British business, politics and the voluntary sector.
