Our commission structure is a true 50/50 split – we don’t take any further fees off the lender commission and broker fees, keeping things simple and clear.
We work with major mortgage networks as well as independent brokerages across the UK, providing them or their customer directly, with specialist lending advice. With access to a wide range of specialist lenders, we arranged over £100 million of Commercial and Bridging finance last year, and we are set to double this in the coming year.
