The debt solutions we advise on include:

• Free Debt Management Plans (DMPs) – allowing clients to pay their creditors back at an affordable monthly rate
• IVAs – helping clients write off up to 80% of debt through affordable monthly payments, over a 5 or 6 year period
• Self-employed IVA – allowing clients to pay back (and potentially write off) debt whilst still running their business
• Trust Deeds for Scottish clients – similar to an IVA but completed over a shorter period of time
• Bankruptcy advice – helping clients decide if this is the right option for them

We’re able to offer completely free debt advice and, unlike most other companies, they don’t charge Debt Management Plan clients any fees – so 100% of their regular payments go towards repaying their debts.
Instead, we are funded by donations from the credit industry in recognition of the support we provide to people throughout the UK who are struggling with debt.

All IVAs, (regardless of which company manages it) incur costs due to the legal expertise and work that has to go into setting them up. These fees are included within the monthly payment and they’re split over the duration of the arrangement.
