We are delighted Totemic is recognised by Best Companies and The Sunday Times as being the 28th best company to work for within the UK. Although a fall from last year’s position, this is a result we are all be proud of.
Now in our eighth year of participating in these prestigious awards our top factors, based upon our employee’s feedback, continue to be Wellbeing, My team and My company. In their assessment, Best Companies also recognised 80% of us said we believe our company makes a positive difference to the world, 77% agreed work doesn’t interfere with home life, and our highest score of 83% was achieved in recognition of the faith we have in our leadership team.
This award now sits alongside Best Companies accreditation of totemic being an ‘outstanding’ organisation to work for. Congratulations to everyone – this is your award.
