PayPlan officially joined forces with the highly-regarded debt advice service at Limavady Community Development Initiative (LCDI), at the end of January.
The new partnership sees PayPlan’s award-winning free debt advice service combine with LCDI’s vast local knowledge and adviser expertise, bringing an unrivaled, premium quality free debt advice service to the people of Northern Ireland.
Members of PayPlan’s training and helpline teams have been sharing their knowledge with colleagues in Limavady on how to use its systems and providing refresher courses on debt advice solutions, such as Debt Relief Orders (DROs) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
The team in NI, who are very excited about joining PayPlan, bring a wealth of knowledge to the team, as well as very specific local knowledge.
